Time marks the halfway point of 2026, and our team never pauses in pursuit of progress. The whole LYREIGN family gathered together for our 2026 Mid-Year Summary Conference—we reviewed our achievements from the first half of the year, honored outstanding team members, aligned shared goals, and gathered momentum to charge forward into the second half.

Opening the conference, company leadership delivered an in-depth review of our H1 overall operations. We analyzed core business segments including R&D innovation, workshop production, global market expansion, product delivery, brand exhibitions, and internal management systems. We sorted out sales data across our full product line: CNC tool holders, tool handles, intelligent tool fixtures & more. We clarified strengths for every individual and team, alongside concrete strategic targets for H2. Supported by solid data and actionable roadmaps, every member of LYREIGN has a clear position and path forward, holding fast to our mission to become a benchmark manufacturer of precision tooling solutions.

Dedicated efforts always bear fruit, and persistent striving earns well-deserved glory. Our summit hosted an internal awards ceremony to recognize top-performing individuals and benchmark teams who stood out during H1 competitions. Each award is the highest recognition for our team’s daily dedication and relentless drive. Inspired by these role models, the entire LYREIGN team will benchmark excellence, push for greater breakthroughs, and strive for better results together in the months ahead.

After intensive strategic discussions, we prepared delicate refreshments, fresh fruit platters, desserts and beverages to ease our team from busy daily work. During this relaxed downtime, colleagues chatted freely about work experience and daily stories, breaking down barriers between departments. These small sweet treats carry the company’s sincere care for every employee, strengthening the warm, united atmosphere of the LYREIGN big family.

To relieve team fatigue from half a year of hard work, the company arranged a soothing hot spring experience after the official conference. The warm spring water washed away tiredness and work stress. Casual conversations amid steamy hot springs brought our team closer. Filled with renewed energy, we are fully recharged to embrace new challenges in the second half of the year.

Following the hot spring activity, we gathered for a grand dinner. Everyone set aside work pressure to enjoy this joyful gathering with delicious food and cheerful conversations. We raised our glasses to honor the hard work we’ve shared over the past six months and voiced our aspirations for the coming months. From precision tool production to global market development, from new product R&D to worldwide brand promotion—all our perseverance and hard work have merged into solid collective strength.
